OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard for COVID-19 Only Applies to Healthcare

Late last week, OSHA announced its COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS), but per Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh, the ETS will only apply to healthcare.

OSHA indicated it will be issuing additional guidance for all other industries that reflects the latest CDC guidance and tells employers how to protect workers who have not yet been vaccinated. --FCA
