Reminder for Mandatory Affirmation of Compliance

All businesses operating as essential or reopened as part of Phase 1 should have affirmed their compliance with the state's COVID-19 safety guidelines. This affirmation must take place before any construction work begins.

Please refer to the construction industry's Empire State Development (ESD) guidelines at the NY Forward website.

The guidelines include (1) Summary Guidelines, (2) a Business Safety Plan Template and (3) Detailed Guidelines that MUST be affirmed. Be sure to read through the Detailed Guidelines and affirm compliance with them.
