Our friends at the Signatory Wall and Ceiling Contractors Alliance (SWACCA) have produced a guide for union-signatory contractors to understand and navigate the newly effective paid leave provisions of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). The FFCRA paid leave requirements apply to private employers with 500 or fewer employees.
