We regret to announce the passing of Nick Carparelli, former Executive Director of the New York State Concrete Masonry Association. Nick led that organization for more than 20 years before retiring in 2024, and he was also a past board member of the National Concrete Masonry Association. His work touched many of our members, including numerous suppliers and subcontractors. For those wishing to remember Nick in a special way, memorial contributions may be made to the Whitesboro Fire Dept. (171 Oriskany Blvd, Whitesboro, NY 13492) or Anita’s Stevens Swan Humane Society (5664 Horatio St, Utica, NY 13502). Our deepest sympathies are with his family and friends during this difficult time.
