Our popular Supervisory Training Program (STP) is set to start back up on Thursday, October 19 with Unit #6: "Risk Management & Problem Solving. This unit will cover the roles and responsibilities of a construction supervisor in accident prevention and loss control. Topics will include: · Safety leadership, communication and expectations · Planning for site safety · Site safety management · Site security and protection · Multi-employer jobsite safety · Construction risk management · Safety and human resources · Regulatory procedures, record keeping and documents This class takes place from 6-8 p.m. over seven consecutive Thursdays: October 19, 29; November 2, 9, 16, 30; and December 7, 2023.
