Tracing its beginnings to 1883 when Peter Callanan founded the Callanan Road Improvement Company, Callanan Industries continues to thrive as an industry as a leading supplier of paving materials and construction services in New York State. 2023 marks the company’s 140th anniversary and to celebrate, the community is invited to a party tomorrow, Saturday, July 15 at its South Bethlehem Quarry (95 Co Rd 101, Selkirk, NY 12158). This event is open to the public and guests are welcome to enjoy tours of the facility, food trucks, games, kids’ activities, and educational booths to learn more about what the company does.
