OSHA’s standard for the electronic submission of workplace injuries and illnesses requires certain employers to electronically submit their injury and illness data. The information that an employer must be submit is specific to records on their OSHA Injury and Illness forms. Construction industry employers with 20 or more employees must electronically submit their 2022 injury and illness data from OSHA Form 300A. The deadline was March 2, 2023.
