Suicide is a complex issue with many causes, and it has an extensive impact, but suicides are preventable. Remember, contacting the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is your fastest way to access help. Contact the Lifeline by • Dialing 988 • Texting 741741, or • Calling (800) 273-8255. If you must call 911, ask for a Crisis Intervention Team (CIT).
