Company History: Ryan Biggs Clark Davis was founded in 1973. We have a long history of providing exceptional and innovative design services in the Northeast. We maintain two offices in New York State, Clifton Park (headquarters) and Skaneateles Falls (Finger Lakes). We have a staff of 50, including over 20 licensed engineers.
