Company History: We trace our roots to 1869. Mr. Rufus Rose formed a partnership with Peter D. Kiernan Sr. in 1901. The business was sold to an employee group in the 1970s and shortly thereafter became an ESOP. The ESOP sold to NFP in 2020. Today with 5600 employees, we are Top 12 in the US. We have a dedicated construction practice. We offer Insurance Plans, Employee Benefits and Surety Services.
