Company History: Clemente Brothers Inc. entered into the concrete business in the early 1930's. In 1957, Latham ReadyMix was started and the two companies merged and became known as Clemente Latham Concrete Corporation in 1977. In 1993 Clemente Latham was purchased by Oldcastle Inc., and became a division of Callanan Industries, Inc.
