Based on user feedback from across the full Online Planroom System, we will be making a change to our pre-bid service starting January 1. As of that date, pre-bid will change to a lead service providing basic project information for you to use in finding work across upstate New York. We will no longer track a project through all of the early phases of design and decision making prior to bidding and projects will remain live in the system for up to six (6) months. As part of this transition, you may find that pre-bid projects you have been tracking will be archived. We recommend that you review the projects you are currently tracking and make whatever notes you need on them now. For a short period of time after they're archived, we will be able to pull those projects up to assist you, however they will eventually become inaccessible. While changes can be difficult, we believe that this shift in service will allow us to provide information on more potential projects, giving you a foot up on the competition!
