I would definitely recommend Sherri to anyone who is looking to design and purchase items for their bathroom. She was so patient, has wonderful ideas and design knowledge. I was totally unsure of what I wanted or what direction to go and by the time I left, my bathroom was totally designed and everything ordered. She worked within my budget, took my opinions into consideration, answered all my questions and even helped me pick paint colors. She went above and beyond and I am so grateful to have been able to work with her. I am so excited to see how the bathroom looks when it is done.

I needed help while having master bath redone. My husband and I had selected fixtures on our own. Upon meeting with plumber, we realized that we had made some mistakes with our original purchase. Our contractor recommended Security. “Enter-Roseanne Lyons”! Roseanne was cheerful, positive and so knowledgeable! She recommended beautiful fixtures/trim kits,in our budget, that would arrive on time to get the job done! The shower head is my favorite! I would highly recommend Security and their professional staff.

My experience with Security Plumbing & Heating Supply has been nothing short of marvelous. From the very first, our consultant Sherri Ceravolo has been a God send, helping us select items for a complete bathroom remodel in our older home. Sherri explained options -- for the tub, wrap around, sink and vanity, faucet, etc. She detailed pros and cons. She even picked out a wall color that would harmonize with the other room too. She is truly brilliant as an interior designer and I can not thank her enough for what she has done for us. She deserves an A+.

I recently went to Security Plumbing’s Bath Expressions Showroom to purchase new bathroom fixtures. I dealt with Sherri C. She was a fabulous person to deal with. She was extremely helpful. I purchased a new faucet, sink, towel racks and rings, tissue holder, toilet and handle. After our cabinet and countertop were installed I realized the faucet I ordered was too tall. I called Sherri and arranged to have to faucet returned and ordered a shorter one. Easy, easy return! When I brought the new faucet home it turned out the escutcheons were too big and hit the backslash. I really started to worry that I would be able to find a faucet to fit the already installed countertop! I called Sherri, e plain3 the situation. She asked for measurements and by the time I had arrived at the showroom to return the second faucet Sherri had found two beautiful choices which she was certain would work. She even arranged to have the one I chose to be delivered to my house to save me another trip to the store. It arrived two days later. It fit perfectly! I can’t say enough about the terrific customer service Sherri provided to me. Sherri and the other women who work at Bath Expressions were all so lovely to deal with. I would recommend you shop at Security Plumbing next time you need bathroom fixtures. There pricing is very competitive with online companies. I can’t imagine the nightmare it would have been had I used an online company, not to mention the cost of shipping the faucets that didn’t work back. It would have cost a fortune! Thanks to Sherri for providing such wonderful customer service, something you don’t experience much these days!

The showroom specialist we dealt with was completely knowledgable and professional in helping us select the products we needed in connection with both kitchen and bathroom projects. Products were delivered on time and for the quoted price. I would recommend both the individual and Security Supply.

What a pleasure it was working with Security and Plumbing Heating Supply! When the skylight in our daughter’s bathroom began to leak, we decided it was time to remodel. What a big undertaking it was – from the countertop, to the vanity, shower, tile floor, walls, mirrored medicine cabinet, light fixtures, faucets. The Showroom has so many choices! I even had the opportunity to try out a few of the relaxation tubs and massage showers – in a private space complete with a robe! And if that wasn’t enough, there are catalogs with even more. Barbara and Sarah were profession, patient and had so many great ideas to share they made this overwhelming task that much easier for me. They provided me with recommendations of colors and pieces that coordinated together and let me know of current trends and timeless classics so that I could make my own informed decisions, based on my preferences. I asked if they could refer me to a good remodeling contractor and the one I chose from their recommendations did an excellent job and we will be using him for other work in the future. Their expertise was invaluable! I was able to borrow samples to bring home and see how they would look in my lighting, or bring to match with other needed items (like bathroom rugs). The end result was a beautiful bathroom that receives complements from each guest who uses it!

Denise did a great job of guiding us through the process of selecting fixtures for the 4 bathrooms we have remodeled. She is a true professional and dedicated to her work. We appreciated her help, follow up communications, and best of all usufel suggestions and insights into our choices.
